Unable to Access ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI)

I hope you are doing well.

I am trying to get a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for learning and development purposes, but my account has been put on the waitlist.

Whenever I log into the Developer Portal, I see the message: "You're waitlisted for an instance. You'll receive an email as soon as one is available." (I have also attached the screenshot for your reference). 

I would highly appreciate it if you could assist me in getting access to an instance at the earliest.

Hello @akshatmishr ,

 

There is no technical workaround to obtain a PDI faster. PDIs are allocated by the ServiceNow Developer Program infrastructure based on availability.

The user must wait for an available instance or reclaim an existing inactive PDI if one exists.

It has been 5-6 days since I am on the waitlist, but I still haven't received the instance. Please guide me on what to do next.

Which version you requested Zurich or Australia ?

 

If taking too much time, you can leave waitlist option seen in ss and then request again with lower version.

I am actually trying to request the Yokohama version, but I am still facing the issue and getting stuck on the waitlist.
