unable to create profile developer instance

Hello,

I created a new ServiceNow Developer account and completed my profile, timezone, and interests. However, when I try to request a Personal Developer Instance, I receive the message:

"We were unable to assign an instance to you. Please retry now."

I have tried multiple times with different releases, but the instance is not being created. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Don't worry, it's normal these days. Try to get a lower instance, preferably Zurich or below, and then upgrade to the latest version. The upgrade typically takes 3–4 hours."

 

or wait more time, there can be many user requesting now.

Hi @shahulshaik 

 

Either wait for some time like 24-48 hours, 

OR

Request for Zurich PDI instance and upgrade to Australia.

 

There is no support available for PDI.
