When user is trying to approve the request from outlook, He was redirecting to different page. Is there any solution for this. Kindly help on this issue if you have faced earlier .

so that user is replying to email and it's not approving/rejecting?
did you check inbound action is getting processed or not when that user replies?

It looks like the wrong link has been configured for the approval or rejection hyperlink. Please check the email script for the same.

as per your screenshot it shows link. where is user taken when they click that?
did someone customize the OOTB approval request email notification?
Check that
Also check if it's sending the link using a custom notification for your item and it might be breaking the link since link might be wrong

But the issue was with only single user. Other users can able to click and reply to the mail as approved. But it's not working for the single user. I have provided approver_user role as well. Still the user not able to approve the request from outlook
