Workspaces HTML fields are rendering now-textarea instead of TinyMCE

All our configurable workspaces like CSM/FSM configurable workspace, Agent Workspace for HR case management etc are seeing issues with HTML fields. All the HTML fields are rendering text boxes. Eg Article body field in Knowledge form , email body field etc.

Hi @Priyanka Jha1 ,

Please check if "glide.ui.journal.use_html" property is set to true.

Also check if there are any console errors.

Lastly, it could be related to tinyMCE configs, see if any settings were changed recently
