Put AI Agents to work with ServiceNow Impact 

Here's how the capabilities in Impact help you put AI Agents to work faster: 

  

  1. Set the foundation. 
    Impact will help you assess whether prerequisites for AI Agents have been implemented and adopted. If not, you'll get expert guidance and help building a product adoption roadmap. 

  2. Optimize performance. 
    To make sure the new AI capabilities perform at their peak, Impact will help ensure your platform is healthy and ready—with tools to monitor and improve health, and expert guidance on leading practices. 

  3. Test and implement. 
    With Impact, you'll be able to see AI Agents in action—using your own data in a temporary copy of your own instance—and see how to enable and configure the capabilities that drive most value for you, with expert coaching along the way. 

  4. Measure value. 
    To ensure the new AI capabilities in Yokohama drive the business results you need, Impact will help you refine your strategic vision, align capabilities to outcomes, and promote the success and value you achieve to your stakeholders. 

  

What's new in ServiceNow Impact 

As part of the Yokohama release, we've continued enhance Impact to make your experience with ServiceNow even better. Here are some of the key changes we've made. 

  

Impact store application 

Starting with the Yokohama release, ServiceNow Impact will be available as a Store application. You’ll be able to access insights and recommendations—and features like the capabilities map and accelerators—directly in your instance. That means you’ll be able to streamline your work and act on those recommendations faster. To help you get familiar with the new Impact store application, you’ll get a walk-through of the new experience and features in a guided tour. 

 

New accelerators 

Accelerators are fixed-scope offerings—available as part of Impact—that give you access to the expertise you need, when you need it. For the Yokohama release, we've added these new accelerators that help you implement and adopt Now Assist and other ServiceNow products and capabilities quickly. 

 

  

Strategic Portfolio Management integration 

Platform owners using the new Impact Store application will be able to convert Impact recommendations and insights directly into Strategic Portfolio Management items using the new integration. That means they’ll be able to activate those recommendations faster by assigning work items to the appropriate portfolio and tracking their execution status, improving accountability. 

 

Proactive code check 

With this new feature, also available in the new Impact store application, you’ll be able to automatically review code against best practices to reduce future technical debt. Proactive code check scans your code in sub-production environments, helping you identify and fix issues before they go live. 

  

Instance Observer: Root cause correlation 

Instance Observer, part of Impact, is an instance-monitoring solution that helps you track platform performance and availability in near real time. With it, you can identify issues and trends before they affect end users and make data-driven decisions about your platform and applications. For the Yokohama release, we’ve automated correlation analysis to reduce the time needed to review data manually to identify root causes. That means you'll be able to save time and increase productivity by pinpointing underlying problems faster. 

 

Configuration Assist add-on 

For customers who need hands-on help activating Impact recommendations, we’ve created a new Configuration Assist add-on. If you purchase Configuration Assist, you’ll get help from ServiceNow experts deploying unused capabilities and acting on Impact accelerator and platform health findings. You can align a technical consultant or business process consultant to a targeted product area and choose the engagement length and coverage that best fits the needs of your organization.
