Alternative approach to Application Insights

Hi Everyone ,

i got a requirement to monitor the slow queries , slow transactions , Scheduled jobs , Slow scripts , number of logged in users , active nodes data  which is running more than the threshold time then i need to send an alert to the user 
we have an approach to use Application Insights but i can see that the feature was deprecated and alternatively impact instance observer is created but it is paid one 

we were also using instance scan to check performance , upgradability ,security of instance 
but still we need to monitor slow queries , slow transactions , Scheduled jobs , Slow scripts , number of logged in users , active nodes data

so anyone has any idea on alternative approach

Who said that Application Insight is being deprecated? I haven't seen any official news on this and we are also exploring Application insight plugin for our PROD instances.
