Hi there,

So you deleted the Attachment and by accident also the Audit? Interesting.

Anyway, perhaps this was already a longer existing record, and so also on a cloned subproduction instance? Else you could raise a ServiceNow Support case for a temp. instance with a backup.

Kind regards,

Hi @Munny1 ,

You can try the following things to get back the deleted attachment record.

1) Check you audit logs (this will only work if auditing is enabled for the sys_attachment table)

  • Navigate to System Logs > Audit.
  • Search for records related to sys_attachment.
  • Look for a deletion entry that corresponds to the record you are trying to restore.

 2)  Check the sys_audit_delete table to see if there's a record of the deletion.

Thanks,

Hope this helps you.
