Auto generate Email when assigning a incident to Assignment Group

I was wondering if it is possible to add an external email address to the Auto-generated email when an incident is assigned to a specific assignment group.
for example I have Supplier X who is an off tool supplier, I have an incident that needs to go to them to resolve, at the moment the Service Desk manually copy the details and send via email. is there a way I can assign the incident to a specific assignment group and have a few on tool members who will get the email notification and also an external email address (for the Suppliers Service Desk) to automatically get the notification along with details of the incident via email

Hi, one option would be to add reference data to your solution, IE include your vendors email details in a contract field, cmdb_ci field or similar and map this in your notification, so that when their reference data is added to your task they are notified dynamically, but where a vendor does not have to be notified this is simply managed by the reference not existsing or not having the email populated. You could also use the tasks watch\work_notes list. Configure a specific notification, and/or use a notification email script.
My preference would be to build a dynamic solution based on reference data, but with no clear details of your existing configuration or current operational use it's not really possible to provide you with anything more than general guidance.
