I need to add one Drop down Field in the Compose Email template on the incident Form.

Hi,

 

I have a requirement to add one drop down field to the Email incident template, So where can I add this or configure this field. How to configure this. Thanks in Advance

Hi @Rashmi N 

your question is not specific enough as it is not clear what should happen with the selected values in the context of creating/sending emails.

But apart from that it is not possible to add anything to that dialog as this is closed functionality we cannot change in ServiceNow.

Thanks for the update, To clarify the requirement, In Compose Email Template, we have fields like to ,From, cc, bcc, Like that I have to add one drop down Field to send email reminders, like First ,second and third reminder, if the user is not responding for the tickcet. Is it not possible to add this field in that Compose Email Template?
