We are experiencing a recurring issue when assigning tickets to members of the AD group(only this group, other is fine):
Operations Managed Services Core Network
Sometimes, when we try to assign a ticket, all group members appear normally.
But at other times, the same group shows up as empty, and no members are available for assignment.
This happens every 10–30 minutes, repeatedly.
We often have to wait a long time until the members reappear before we can assign the ticket.
The group has 104 stable members in Active Directory with no changes, and all other AD groups behave normally.
kindly we need help to identify why this specific group’s members disappear intermittently during LDAP sync.
