bring my pdi back from yesterday

I was in it. They took it away today. After Christmas.

No 'request feedback button' anywhere to ask to bring it back I had too much to lose.

Hi @Denise Smith,

I'm assuming you lost your PDI because you did not log in for 10 days?

If that's the case, unfortunately there is no way to recover the PDI. All you can do is request a fresh one.

 

Christmas vacation so didn't get to it 😞

when first reclaimed then you’re out of luck - not possible to get it back. Only option is to request a fresh installation and start from scratch.

Hi there,

 

Unfortunately, it's like others already mentioned: nothing you can do.

 

It's also one of the known and communicated risks. These free PDI's come without support, and although there should be some days before reclaiming, there always can occur an issue or whatever with your PDI that makes it permanently unavailable or disappear.

 

Regarding "I had too much to lose" it's always a best practice to back up your development.
