Catalog Item not searchable in Service Portal

Hi Team,

 

Catalog Item not searchable in Service Portal even though have attached catalog,category and set the Visble Everywhere to TRUE and Hide on Serviceportal to FALSE and also there is no specific criteria as well but still no luck

Note: All these forms are vissible 1 month back but recently we are facing this issue.

Any help highly appreciated.

Check this

 

For the catalog items that are not showing on Service Portal, set the "Visible Elsewhere" field to true to make it searchable in Service Portal.

You can confirm this by personalizing the catalog item list and adding the "Visible Elsewhere" field.

When you browse by category can you see it?

Are there any user criteria on it?

yes from category I can search it and there is no user criteria on it only while searching with the name am facing this issue.
