Email notification duplicate trigger

Hi

I have setup an email notification on a table. and in "Who will receive" i have added the fields of table which will contain the email addresses of recipients. Now how can i avoid sending duplicate emails?

can you check condition is satisfying to run BR.

Can you show the screenshot of "When to run" - filter condition..!!

hmm...

as in condition, Task status changes to assigned ,

make sure Task status is different than "assigned" first then while updating record change is to 'assigned' then check.
