Error while training model - Virtual Agent

Hello,

I am getting the below error while trying to train the model in VA.

When I try to sync the sources, I get the below error

i got the 'sharedservice.worker' users with the required role and 'glide.shared_service_scheduler.url' property value as https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/. Am I missing something or PDI doesn't support this yet?
