When will developer accounts get access to AI Agent Studio?

How long will developer accounts be blocked from AI Agent Studio?
Some of the University training just assume I can get access to it like in the AI Agents Delivery Accreditation path.

By "developer accounts" I assume you mean "developer instances". Yes, personal developer instances (PDIs) do not have AI capabilities today, and as far as I know, there are no plans to introduce them there.

In SNU (formerly Now Learning), you can enroll in the AI agent labs and get a temporary lab instance with the AI capabilities available. I know for a fact that our K25 AI agent courses are available with lab instances. The material is slightly dated now, but is still applicable if you're just looking to play around or learn.

Hi @chasemiller

Unfortunately, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. It's a resource issue: adding AI functionality to PDIs would be a large compute drain and a big expense for ServiceNow, and it's one they don't seem to be considering at present.

I see from your profile you work for T-Mobile. Being a large customer, and also a channel partner, there will be AI-enabled demo instances available somewhere within your ServiceNow group ... not sure if that's an option for you to explore?

I like it, there's a big brain move.
