I want to create a capability matrix of the servicenow product subscribed by my organisation, I want to prepare a slide with the all the application/modules name listed in the belo categories :
1. Deployed
2. Subscribed but not in use
3. Not subscribed

I don't think there's a standard way to do this. You can check under Subscription Management or speak to the ServiceNow account manager—they should be able to guide you.

I agree with the approach outlined by AG, I would start with Subscription Management, assuming you have it configured, to see which Modules/Applications are currently available to your organization in your current contract, then work with your various process owners to identify which are actually being used (and to what level: low, medium, high), and map that out. I've been doing this for years with my customers and it doesn't take too long to do.
Another approach, if you are an Impact customer, is to work with your Platform and Success Architects to go through the Capability Mapping exercise. All of that information is available and as up-to-date as your team keeps it in the Impact portal. That is really the way of the future, IMHO.
