I was assigned a story to set up a delegate knowledge Article as short description and @ the description - To create & publish KB article to instruct on setting a delegate in ServiceNow via user profile - Audience: ITIL Fulfiller and business Approval Users. I am trying to figure out how to go about it, Thanks once again Ashish

Hi @Fredy Voke ,
Please check if you have required role to create new KB Article on PROD instance.
role required : admin or ( knowledge, knowledge_admin , knowledge_manager )
Navigate to Knowledge -> Create New and complete the form, Provide all step in the Article body part you can use plain text or rich text including formatting.
Create the KB in draft state and keep updating until finalized.
