How to add url of kb article in approval form in service portal?

For the Employee Service Center (ESC) side, when I click on my task, I want to add a redirect link that depends on each approval to take users to the corresponding Knowledge Base (KB) article. How can I implement this? I've tried several approaches in the widgets, but they haven't been successful. Thank you in advance.
