How to create RITM from inside Service Now

Hi everyone!

I have a question about Service Now and how to create an RITM from inside the tool. To create an incident, I use this URL: https://votorantim.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/incident.do%3Fsysparm_nostack%3D...

What I wanna do is create an RITM, but using this same method, inside the service now, something like this: https://votorantim.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sc_req_item.do%3Fsysparm_stack%3...

Is there any way to do something like this?

Kind regards;

Hi,

read the following official documentation, it will explain you how to create RITM:

Create request tasks

For additional concept related to the Workflow itself, please read the following thread:

Hi,

Actually, I was expecting another type of solution, more related to RITM creation. About your second link, it's not working, say It couldn't find the page. So back to my question. Can I create a filter insise Service Now to open RITM just like I do with INC?

Thank you in advance;

Hi,

Yes you can create the RITM from application navigator
1 - Search Requested Item > Open Requested Item under Self-Service

2 - Click on New and you will be able to create RITM from filter navigator

Hi,

That's exactly what I was looking for, but, I may have a problem. I'm not the SN admin, and I don't have the "new" button. Do you think this is some sort of "access" that needs to be addressed on my SN profile?

Kind regards;
