Hi, if you are having issues accessing a commercial ServiceNow solution I think your first engagement point would be your company's administrator for the solution. If you are the administrator, then I suspect you would need to engage SNC via your SNC account manager.

Tony... Mr. Chatfield might be right. I'm having the same issue but I'm too embarrassed to ask my account manager. Wouldn't if be great if someone responded with what you need to do... not just suspect or think but actually know... I'm not bashing Tony for that BTW... it's my fault that I don't know. I might just need to swallow my pride and ask. If I get a firm answer like yes, your account manager or yes something else, I'll try to remember to drop it in here. Did you ever get a firm answer, @Vellankis2 ? If so, please drop it in here.

Okay, our admin is our PM and Platform Owner. He unlocked my account again and said to let him know if it still doesn't work he would email ServiceNow. So... disregard the registration code thing and do what my PM and I are doing. If that fails try a Copilot or Gemini or other AI platform chat. But first do what my PM and I are doing. And if you get some kind of different solution then drop it here in a Reply.

My PM told me not to be embarrassed... It happened to another coworker too so it's not just me.
