I am not able to get into HiWave account to check tickets status. It is asking me to enter registration code.

Hi, if you are having issues accessing a commercial ServiceNow solution I think your first engagement point would be your company's administrator for the solution. If you are the administrator, then I suspect you would need to engage SNC via your SNC account manager.
