Hi,

 

I have got the NS access but I can't see any instance on the instances dashboard. Am I missing something?

Check if you are granted one of NS Admin, NS Contributor, NS Partner Admin, NS Partner Officer roles that is a pre-requisite to see instance dashboard.

Clear browser cache and try from Incognito or InPrivate window to login to Support Portal. Navigate to Instances -> Instances Dashboard

 

If you are recently provided with access, you can wait for sometime and try again. If you still cannot see the dashboard, log a support case and you should get access soon
