In Portal unable to see create incidents fields

Hi Team,
We have migrated portals and catalog items from one instance to another instance.
In traget instance record producer "create incident" and in portal "create incident" sys_id's are same. So that we can able to see options:-
In migrated instance as checked "create incident page in portal there is no options - Because here while checking record producer sys_id and portal Create incident sys_id's are different.

In catalog items, variable values are not shown based on sys_ids — they use generic filter conditions. Based on those conditions, the data is displayed. I suggest checking the catalog item to ensure all choices are migrated for the variables mapped to it.
