How to Enable NS(Now Support) Roles for Partner Users in the Partner Portal?

Hello,

 

In the Partner Portal, the NS (Now Support) roles appear to be greyed out and we’re unable to assign them to users. Is there a separate process or request that needs to be submitted in order to enable NS access for partner users?

for the partner portal and user / access management, there should be dedicated person in your organisation to handle that.

 

Can you share screenshot what exactly and where is greyed out?

All NS access roles are greyed out and can not be assigned to users.

Partner NA Admin and / or Account admin to guide you and grant specific role access.
