Hi ,

 

We have requirement to configure tool maturity assessment for ITSM module.  Please suggest the steps to configure in ServiceNow.  

Kindly provide any documents related ITSM Maturity Assessment configuration.

I have already gone through these links but I am looking for configuration document to define the assessment in ServiceNow.

Hi @KS12 What do you mean by “confidential document”? I think, based on these documents, you can create your own version and then forward it to take the correct actions.
