Locked out of HIWAVE

I'm a company admin and locked out of HIWAVE from too many sign-in attempts. The other admin is not available. And, well, I can't sign into HIWAVE portal to submit a ticket 😕
I cannot find HIWAVE Support direct contact anywhere.
A support article says I could try resetting the password, but the system disagrees because my account is locked. Another support article says my account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes (Can't remember the exact number.) But I've already waited multiple days...
What should I do next?

No way, you need to ask your teammate to log an incident for you or call to SD team to get it unlocked.
