Multiple indicators in single widget

Hi,

I need to create a PA widget which shows % of tickets whose SLA is breached, % of reopen tickets , number of tickets created all trend by year. Is it possible to do all these in a single widget by using multiple formula indicators? Can we add multiple indicators in a single widget? or is there any other way to do this?

Thanks for your answer. I understand that we can add multiple widget indicators in a dashboard but is it possible to add multiple indicators in a single widget is my requirement ?

Hi @MaharshiC ,

Yes, it is for sure possible. According to your requirement, you just need percentage on primary axis, and number of tickets created in 2nd axis. Furthermore, first automated/formula indicator should be added as indicator, other formula indicators / automated indicators should be added as widget indicators in the widget.
