My PDI is not opening still showing as waking up

My Personal PDI is not waking up please help me

Hi @Akhil Goud ,

 

We cannot help related to PDI as that is not under our control plus Servicenow has stopped support for PDI's so if after waiting for sometime still it does not wake up better Request a New Instance. 

 

Or it can be because of the activity performed by service now where they are migrating the datacenter of the PDI from one to anther and as part of that process the existing PDI's will be reclaimed back by ServiceNow.

Hello @Akhil Goud ,

 

Did you tried refreshing your instance? If not then please follow the steps given below:

 

Step 1: Log in to Servicenow Developer Site with your credentials

Step 2: Click on your profile.

Step 3: Click on "Refresh instance" under Instance action menu, until the start building option becomes clickable.

Hi @Akhil Goud 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options. 

 

  1. Wait - it should come online again after some time
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, by doing this all work that haven't been backed up is lost.

Is it an old or a new PDI?

Not sure if you have seen this announcement by Servicenow, if your PDI belonged to old datacenter, it will be reclaimed and you will have to request for a new PDI.
