Hi, the PDI's user guide suggests that you should use the 'Give feeedback' option available in developer site pages footer.
Account API | ServiceNow Developers
If your PDI has been unresponsive for a number of days and Give feedback does not result in a timely response, then I would probably recommend releasing the instance, requesting a new one and restoring any work from your backup xml's.

Hi @b__mehdik ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, that everything that is not back up will be lost.

Hi @b__mehdik ,
I understand that developer instance is currently showing the message “The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.”
This issue can happen from time to time, and it’s not specific to your instance. However, there is no broader outage at the moment.
I recommend waiting until it comes online again, which will likely be tomorrow.
Otherwise, if it will not open in somedays, Please release it and take a new one.
If this is helpful for you, Please mark Helpful and Correct solution
Thanks & Regards
