Not able to log into my now learning account

I have been using my now learning account for a while. I paid for and took some on demand courses and also paid for a voucher to take my exam.  I had paid for and  registered for a course last week and was going through the course. As of today I am not able to log into my now learning account. The error message returned is that my profile does not exist. I have reached out to the Now Learning team, but don't have a response yet. Reaching out for help to see if anyone has experienced this issue and how to get help to be able to log into my now learning account. Thanks.

Unfortunately it's only the ServiceNow Now Learning team can only help.
