I need solution for sorting invoice summary status report  by using service month

Got it - yes you can do times series reporting through the report designer. e.g. Chose times series report:

Chose example "trend by created date" and "per as month"

I'm trying to sort based on service Month in Invoice summary dashboards, but in that their is a limitation that we can sort only by a to z or z to a , i want to know if their any solutions that we can sort those reports/dashboard by service month i.e, jan to dec , please refer screen shot
