I've been struggling in the last few weeks with scheduling instance upgrades via the support platform (don't find a direct forum for HI, and Impact seems to be closer, so I located it here). I am located in a CEST time zone and I wanted to schedule several upgrades in the past. I always had the following issue:
When I am creating / changing a scheduled upgrade, I receive potential upgrade slots. There is also a small remark in the bottom part of the UI recognising that I am located in the Berlin timezone. Assume it's 9:00 CEST, and I select this time slot, internally this time slot is being saved as 9:00 PT, 9 hours later than actually intended. Basically I need to rethink and always plan ahead 9 hours in advance in order to create a scheduled upgrade. If that thing is due to scheduling and security, planning ahead and whatnot, it's fine with me.
However, yesterday I tried out switching my own local time zone to Pacific time on my system. As I assumed, the UI recognised the PT time zone and could even select time slots just one hour later. Is this intended or is this a bug on the support platform?
