I am currently facing an issue with the SNOW tool (NA region) while trying to create changes. I am unable to create a change or update any existing records, which is directly impacting my daily tasks.image (3).png

Hi @VinuthaN 
Please raise a support case with the ServiceNow vendor to check if the instance is unavailable due to any planned maintenance.
Also, are you able to access other modules besides the Change Request module?
