Some Accelerators and initiatives aren’t available to request.

After the upgrade to Zurich we get an error message when navigating to /impact-workspace/accelerator-catalog.

The error says "Some Accelerators and initiatives aren’t available to request. Contact your admin to update the Impact content app. You can request these Accelerators and initiatives only after the update is complete."

For an Admin this reads "Update the Impact content app to use all available Accelerators and initiatives. Once updated, changes can take up to one hour to reflect." with a ui button to link to the application manager plug in called Impact content app (App id: sn_impact_content). This plug in is however fully updated to the latest version 5.1.2.

Bottom line we cannot request accelerators either in instance or https://impact.servicenow.com/now

We have opened a case but Now Support agent said they cannot help as do not have access to Impact. 

My CSM is current away so I thought I would see if the community can advice on anything ?
