Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID
Please make sure that your ServiceNow ID uses the same email address you currently use to login to Now Support.
To login to Store, you can do any of the following:

I try to log in with my main mail but it doesn’t allow me, since apparently I need to be a customer,
Does anyone know if there’s a way to log in with a email/developer account email? or how can I download the files to install them in my personal instance so I can learn about implementations?

Regards,

Hi @gerardgaglo You need have an account on https://support.servicenow.com/now. You get such an account if you are a customer or a vendor/partner who works for a customer.

Does this mean the App Engine Studio can not be used by an user, who has an developer edition installed?

This makes low to no sense to provide developer access and instances, while in the same time preventing from access the service now store. So far this has been a true blocker for me as a developer.
