PDI's are not monitored by ServiceNow and relying on them for demo's is not something any one will encourage. Nobody will be able to help you with them. All you can do is wait and hope. It's not an answer you want to hear, but they just aren't supported. They are there for you to play around with, but don't be surprised you lose them from one moment to the next.
It doesn't help, but the golden tip is to never rely on a PDI for time sensitive matters (it could also become unavailable during a demo, making it even worse). And always backup everything. You can't get it back if you really lose the PDI.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

HEllo @vsriks
Many folks are facing this issue. As there is no support for PDI and there was datacenter migration going on for PDIs.
Just keep some patience or release the instance and request for new one. Always make sure to backup your work.

Hi @vsriks
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
