Also @avinashsaigal ,

Before applying to job, at least you will go through couple of Agentic AI/Gen AI courses (which is demanding in market.) from ServiceNow University.

Hi @avinashsaigal

Welcome to ServiceNow Community!

As you Prepare for applying job, My suggestion would be Complete at Least CSA certification.

1. First Go through Welcome to ServiceNow course so that you can smoothly navigate within the tool.

2. If you are looking for completing CSA certification:

Note: Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

Refer: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0011554

As you are going through Script , try to get CAD certification as well.

Tips for CAD:

  1. First complete Application Development Fundamentals On Demand
  2. Check the syllabus from Certified Application Developer (CAD) Exam Blueprint
  3. Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)  //Try all your scenarios to implement here.
  4. Practice mock questions with Correct Answer
  5. Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
  6. If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
  7. Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.
