Build Agent for Citizen Developers

Could anyone tell me in which release the Citizen Developers (Role Delegated_Developer) could use the build agent? At the moment (so far as i know) only the Developer (Role Admin) could do this. For us with more than 100+ Delegated Developers it would be great to have this feature cause i see as Process Owner a high risk to grant Admin permission to the unexperienced once. Maybe @Andrew Vitollo  could help

I don't see this in Brazil as well but it says second half of the year (may be in couple of months)

As per this community Article,  from Australia, it should be available

Build Agent is now in ServiceNow Studio! (And other great updates in Australia)

Check Build Agent section ,
