creating now assist custom skills as OOB skills triggers and display

we have OOB skills which triggered and shown in   fields , emails , chat conversations and on forms as cards (fixed and embedded) , but coming to custom skills we have limited trigger options like ui action , now assist panel .... 
is there any possibility to make these custom skills available as cards and attractive ui displays ?

Hi @sunkarasath - I do not see this in custom now assist skills do have this feature. May be the product team can release sch later  or in upcoming release. At this point, you have either now assist panel, UI action only. but i think this is one good idea to get that seamless experience

UI Summarization Card:

In my recent project, we created a custom Problem Summarization skill and implemented the same UI experience as the out-of-the-box Summarization UI on both UI16 and Workspace forms. We worked closely with the ServiceNow Product team to achieve this. I'll check with my Architect and, if possible, share the implementation steps here.

so I have R&D servicenow portal with NASK plugins , so is it possible create card display and one more doubt these OOB skills are triggered somewhere like may be in script includes UI actions scripts right , how to find where they are triggered internally ??
