Hi, I am developing a Virtual Agent LLM Topic.
In my topic, I need to do a KB Search, and I would like to have a similar behavior to the one on the portal with the summary and the sources. I tried creating a new Search Application and Search Profile with ServiceNow Otto Summary genius results linked. I use this search application via an AI Search topic block, but I only get the list of articles, no summary with sources, and if I try the search preview utility, I get no genius results.
Also I need to search and submit service catalog requests conversationally.
Some tips on how to achieve this?
