I created my first PDI on 7/5/25. I received the user name aes.creator and corresponding password. When I launch the PDI the page starts to come up and then redirects to the page below. This is still occurring 24 hours later. I did try to login from /login.do. Any suggestions?

Restart Your PDI from Developer Site
- Go to: https://developer.servicenow.com
- Log in and go to: Manage > My Instance
- Look for your instance (e.g., dev12345.service-now.com)
- Click “Restart” or “Request a new instance” if restart doesn’t work
- Wait 5–10 minutes and retry https://<your-instance>.service-now.com
Clear Cache or Try Incognito Mode
- Try opening in Incognito/Private mode
- Clear cookies/cache related to *.service-now.com

I'm having the same problem.
Logging into https://developer.servicenow.com I'm not seeing the Restart option. See screenshot below.
Yesterday I tried Refresh and that made no difference. Next I tried Reset and Wipe and after several hours came back and am still seeing this same error message when logging in from icognito and from a new computer.
When that did not work I choose Release then requested a new instance and continued to receive the same error message.
Any thoughts on what else I can try to resolve this?

Good morning everyone.
I'm having the same issue with my PDI. When I try to access App Engine Studio, I get the message "You need a valid App Engine Studio license to continue working."
I've already tried adjusting the "Change User Role" by changing it to Admin or
App Engine Studio Creator, but it doesn't work.
I've already installed the "sn_app_eng_studio" plugin.
There's a step I missed because I couldn't find where to insert the snc_Internal role.
I've also deleted and created a new PDI. Has anyone else encountered this situation?
