Hi Team,
I am facing an issue with a report/dashboard in ServiceNow.
The report is configured as follows:
- Table: Requested Item [sc_req_item]
- Type: Column
- Groups: Shared with everyone
- Users: Shared with everyone
Despite the report/dashboard being shared with everyone, one specific user receives the following error when trying to access it:-Access Restricted
You do not have the required permissions to view this content. Access is restricted by the report_view ACL. Please check your role or permissions settings to resolve this issue.
Other users can access the same report/dashboard without any issues.
Could anyone help?
Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
