Add a pop-up when clicking on the provider notification.

I want to add a pop-up, a redirect, or anything else that allows me to see the entire message created in the Content section of Provide Notifications.

So the entire text is not visible and you want to see that message as popup so that agents can read complete message?

not possible with provider notification.

This is not supported OOTB by platform I believe to wrap etc
