Adding history of the emails in Email client

Hi Team,

 

I need to add a history of all the emails in Incident form which we option in email client , I guess as of now we have only option to send Email in Email client. 

Is that i need to create script in email client script to all call in email template?

you can configure a related list on incident form and show the emails sent from sys_email table

I don't think you can separate and distinguish email sent via notification and email sent from email client template

Display Email Log in a related list
