Attachment side panel visibility in csm

  • Hi All,

 

In CSM workspace while attachment Open from related list the attachment not showing in side panel.only .png jpg files showing not all how to configure if we want to show.

Hi All,

While attachment open in side panel the image file .png or .jpg converting to thumb_sys_id not showing actual file name in csm workspace.
