Attachment side panel visibility in csm

In CSM workspace while attachment Open from related list the attachment not showing in side panel.only .png jpg files showing not all how to configure if we want to show.

My query is different In CSM workspace while attachment Open from related list the attachment not showing in side panel. Only .png jpg files showing not all how to configure if we want to show. And .jpg or png when we open in new tab in side panel it is not showing correct file name it is showing thumb_sys_id instead of taking actual file name.
