how to add assign to topic automatically in service now knowledge article based on category

@kannababupa ,

 

There isn’t any oob function that will automatically assign or add a topic to a knowledge article.......because linked topics and connected content are managed manually or via scheduled jobs for bulk review.....so even though you might connect a knowledge category to a topic and enable the system property to auto sync connected content......in most environments new articles still must be added manually to the topic’s connected content list.....
