Automatic creation of change request from catalog item

Hi , 

I have created a new catalog item, I want that whenever that catalog item is submitted an automatic change request is created, i tried making flow , catalog client script but nothing seems working can anyone help in this?

If you use a Record Producer instead of a Catalog Item, you can create a change request automatically, and a RITM is not created. 

If you want the RITM created but you want a change request created, too, then using a Flow is the way to go. What issues are you having with your Flow?
