Are you referring to a PDI?
If yes, then yes — you can request a dedicated Developer (DC) release. However, I’d recommend choosing the latest family instance, as it will come with the most recent features and improvements.

Hi @hazyuan0505 ,
Any specific reason you want Washington DC instance, as it is a older version. I will suggest to have a PDI of Xanadu version as it is the stable version, although if you want - you can get the Yokohama instance as well.
