Can the Problem and First Reported by field be on the topmost horizontal section in SOW

Can the Problem and First Reported by field be on the topmost horizontal section (highlighted in purple), where we have priority, resolution code etc... Also, can the PRB have a hyperlink? PRB Priority & Opened can be removed if there is space constraint.

Currently it is not like this. Please let me know how can I achieve this.

Hi @Gaurav99

This is handled through the UX Form Header record.

  1. Go to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Header Configurations
  2. Find the SOW Header Config record and click into it
  3. Find the table name, in this case it would be incident
  4. Switch into the correct scope and add or remove items to the Secondary Values related list.

Hi @Gaurav99

Adding to Atul

You can also simply open the record in workspace and click on profile icon -> Configure Page -> Form Header.

VoonaRohila_0-1752740439458.png

This redirects you to the form header configuration, In the secondary values you can add all the relevant fields.

Mark it helpful if this helps you to understand. Accept solution if this give you the answer you're looking for
